I haven't been playing the game as much but when I get more serious about RPing a character I put up a page there.
Also, z00m, I think there's some events post-Zero Hour that we can confirm in having happened in the game's continuity, like WW3 since it's reference in the Kahndaq raid.

I remember early in the game listening closely to the continuity nods and determining, based on who's alive, who's dead, and a reference to Donna Troy "policing the multiverse" as seen at the end of Countdown, that the game split off from the main DCU canon in that very narrow window between the end of Countdown and the start of Final Crisis.

According to the DCUO comic, the game splits off the mainstream DC timeline right at the beginning of INFINITE CRISIS with a few exceptions (e.g. Barry Allen as the Flash, Montoya as the Question, etc.).
As always, it should be up to the player(s) which events are included from here on in. Some have said "no" to Jaime taking over as Blue Beetle, and others have chosen to ignore the the multiple deaths from INFINITE CRISIS and DEATH OF THE NEW GODS. So the events of Copuntdown and Final Crisis aren't written and stone and should not be considered canon within the game.
Sexual Halting, I agree about those events, but I don't think WWIII happened, based on the fact that there's several characters still alive that should be dead prior, during, and after the event. Also, Aquaman was transformed into the Dweller of the Depths, and clearly in-game he's still Aquaman. So again, while certain events DO bleed throughm, they should be taken with a grain of salt 
I'm still working on changes that took place in between Zero Hour and the Kingdom (Hypertime). Hopefully I'll have an updated working model posted soon!

If you've ever collected the Briefs/Investigations from Kahndaq, according to the game's own canon, WWIII did happen.
If we decide it didn't, it KINDA sucks as one of my characters' backstory hinges on his father dying in that Black Adam rampage.
