Carnage in San Monica, Valley
Breaking News:
A meta human was seen in what is left of the City of Santata Monica Valley. ThouSantads were killed as the city burned. Justice League was notified, but they were not in time. Wherever this meta had gone was anyone's guess.
"We go live to the City of Monica Valley, where Chloe Sullivan is on scene. Chloe, what happened?"
*Scene cuts to Chloe Sullivan in the middle of a burning city.*
"Earlier today a meta human who went by the name, Carnage, had terrorized the city. Men, women, and even children were brutally murdered in front of loved ones. He even took an infant and disemboweled him in front of his parents." She paused a moment and then continued. "I would interview some of these folk, but they are afraid to come on TV. The few remaining buildings are set up as shelters and the Justice League is on scene. They sent in the Flash and a few junior league members."
"Well you heard it here. Whoever this Carnage fellow is. He is dangerous and wait... what was that? We are taking you live to the scene now. It appears that someone came forth with a camcorder and recorded one of the brutal scenes. Parents, we warn you that these images are not for small children."
*The video shows a man hovering over the billboard of Santa Monica.*
"Fools, all of you! It's been like this my whole life. Heroes are praised while you scream at me in terror! All of you every *BEEP* one of you!" He then grabbed a woman's child as she screamed.
"Noooo please sir! Please don't kill her!"
He laughed and spoke. "The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh..." *Camera image was faded* "away!"
*The next scene showed a GNN News helicopter falling toward the camera and then... static*.
*More screams as he lit another building on fire and more people screamed. The buildings were on fire and a schoolhouse was piled high with bodies of children.
"The one who took this video was killed while filming. It was her husband that brought this video to us now. Our prayers go out to the rest of his family."
*The camera goes back to the studio.*
"Well, if the Justice League can stop him. We will not know."
"In other news, Supergirl was in Metropolis today and helping feed homeless children."

Is the city named "San Monica" or "Monica Valley?" You're kinda back and forth between them here.
(It'd still be Santa Monica, using proper Spanish.)
