Character and Personality

Character Report Summary: Subject shows great potential in quantum powers and greater aptitude for development. High level of intellect and good physic for her young age. Emotional stability and maturity is quite low for her age but not alarming. Moral Compass appears to be unbiased. Further details can be found in [Redacted]

Powers

Phasing/Intangibility: Subject possesses the ability to pass through solid matter and objects by passing her atoms through the spaces between the atoms of the object through which she is moving. In this way she and the object through which she was passing could temporarily merge without interacting, and each was unharmed when Max had finished passing through the object. This process was called "phasing." When Max was phasing, she was, for all intents and purposes, intangible. Hence, when attacked, she could shift into a "phasing" state (even if she was not at the time passing through an object) so as to allow oncoming projectiles or energy blasts to pass through her harmlessly

Selective Intangibility: Allows others to become intangible and make other objects intangible by making them pass through other massive solid objects easily such as buildings, planes, and trains.

Air & Water Walking: Using her phasing/intangibility ability, Subject can freely walk on both air and water. In fact, she could use her ability to walk on water and the air from the ground to the upper stories of a building as if she were climbing a staircase.

Blink Teleportation: able to teleport herself, her clothing, and a certain amount of additional mass from one point to another virtually instantaneously. Primary theory inclines that this is by means of displacing herself through an alternate dimension briefly and reappearing in a desired, pre-selected location. She has been shown to be able to teleport only short distances of up to a maximum of two miles (3 km) in a single blink under optimal conditions, this appears to be the extreme limit, and she can become severely fatigued if she tries to teleport that distance.

General Notes: Subject is still unable to fully control her powers. Powers are mostly triggered subconsciously when endangered.
Erratic teleportation and phasing are known to occur when nervous or in shock. Hence given the Codename Glitch or Glitchy

Weaknesses

Mystical Vulnerability: While phasing subject was still vulnerable to mystical attacks, however magic users were not able to affect her whilst Maxine was intangible.

Phasing Limitations: Unable to breathe while "inside" an object, she could only continuously phase through solid objects as long as she could hold her breath. Denser materials were more difficult for Maxine to phase through, sometimes causing her pain. Solidifying while in an object could cause serious injury if not death. As it is an active ability, if she can't see an attack coming, she can't phase through it
