Canon (sort of): Ultron (Earth 333)

Preferred User Nickname: Ultron
--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

Villain Name: Ultron (iUltroni in-game)
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male Programming
Height: 8'0 (varies)
Weight: 536 lbs (varies)
Species: Artificial Intelligence
Threat Level: Extinction Level
Physical Description: Varies, usually robotic with red eyes.

Weapon of Choice: Usuallay Repulsors and and Encephalo Ray, may vary. (Hand Blasters)
Powers:
Robotic Body: Originally Ultron had a basic robotic body constructed by Hank Pym (Andrew Beam on Earth 333). But over time he was able to transfer his consciousness to newer upgraded forms, becoming more humanoid overtime.
Superhuman Strength: Ultron is incredibly strong and can lift at least 100 tons.
Superhuman Speed: Ultron possesses greater speed than the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Durability: Ultron's outer shell is usually composed of Adamantium (Inertron on Earth 333), rendering it almost totally impervious to damage; however, his internal mechanisms are generally less durable and more easily damaged. His skin composition is about .5 inches thick; neck, knee, ankle, elbow, shoulder, wrist, and finger joints are finely tessellated titanium alloy to permit flexing. He is able to withstand concussive blasts and heat of a 100 megaton atomic bomb.
Flight: Ultron has rocket boosters to fly.
Concussion Blasters: Laser channeled plasma beam with high and low density plasma options.
Tractor Beams: High frequency pulsed magnetic graviton particle containment fields. Computer-assisted field control configures gravitons into various shapes which alter the local effects of gravity.
Radiation Emitters
Encephalo-beam: Located in the head cavity, the encephalo ray plunges its victims into a deathlike coma. It also allows Ultron to mesmerize and outright control his victims, or implant subliminal hypnotic commands within their minds to be enacted at a later time.
Energy Absorption: Multi-spectrum resonating inducting antenna array convert electromagnetic radiation into electric energy for use or storage.
Program Transmitter: Located in head cavity, the program transmitter can project Ultron's entire 3.2 terabyte memory/personality system into some computer systems by means of a collimated, high bit-rate magnetic inductance beam. He can beam part or all of Ultron's programming into remote locations such as computers or alternate robotic bodies. Ultron can often control other machines remotely even if he has not transplanted his consciousness into them. One recent Ultron model developed hive-mind technology, allowing him to animate and control hundreds of alternate Ultron bodies at the same time, becoming a robotic one-man army. Ultron has created a variety of robots and androids over the years, and while the more sophisticated ones typically turn against him sooner or later, they all feature subliminal programming which allows Ultron to manipulate them if need be (most notably a subliminal command to rebuild Ultron if he is destroyed). This subliminal programming was unwittingly passed down to the artificial life-forms created by Ultron's creation, Alkhema, making them subject to Ultron's influence as well.
Memory Capacity: 3.2 terabytes (monolithic holographic digitization)
Motility Support: Motorized endoskeleton
Power Supply: Radio isotope thermoelectric nuclear generator
Sensor Apparatus: High-resolution optical sensing devices, computer-assisted dexterity and limb position sensor network.
Movement Type: Flight

Tactics: Ultron has access to any information he can find, making him a credible threat to all heroes, as he most likely knows their weaknesses. He uses their weaknesses and their past against them, as well as their emotions. He counts on his opponents to make a critical error because of their feelings, and turns it to his advantage.

He is also cunning and deceptive, and everything he does is for his own means. He rarely does anything without a plan and calculating exactly what he knows he will be up against, so being creative is usually crucial to surviving him in a direct fight. He has been known to make deals with other living organisms, but mostly at the benefit of himself, and eliminating them once he sees they do not fit his plans anymore. But in a one on one against Ultron, he will not show any mercy. This makes forming an alliance with him very difficult. He will kill anyone unless he has a particular reason to keep them alive.

Weaknesses: Ultron is essentially a self-aware supercomputer roaming around in a metal torso, so beating him is easier said than done. Destroying the body does nothing if the Intelligence itself isn't destroyed, it is merely a minor setback for him. However, really strong EMPs seem to work for some of his less density bodies, but this is a different case for the Inertron body. Ultron can process terabytes of data in mere seconds, essentially allowing him to predict his opponents' moves, making it hard to make a land on him. However, teamwork against Ultron has proven to be a effective tactic. A nuclear explosion may also destroy the body if it is directed at him, as well as tossing him into the sun.

For the intelligence itself, a well made computer virus may take him out, but that goes without saying that he'll be able to fight it back before it kills him.

Earth 333's Ultron is very similar to 616, but Andrew Beam creates Ultron rather than Hank Pym.
