Villain Name: Psychotic Bullets
Age: 32
Gender: Male
Physical Description: A large induvidual, PB stands at about 6 feet, and is quite physically fit. His hair and eyes are a moderate shade of brown, with a crew cut and small beard. The rest, including his armor, can be seen in the picture(s).
Weapon of Choice: PB is proficient in most firearms/pistols, and is a powerful brawler.
Powers: PB is equiped with a powerful set of armor, which can be modified slightly for certain situations. The armor itself is some sort of steel composite (I'm not very familiar with armor materials, sorry), which is very durable, and moderately lightweight. The armor is laced with a purple chemical agent, that can be released from the wrists to, if inhaled, cause human's minds to fog up, and slow their thought process. This chemical doesn't affect the wearer, as both of the armor's helmets both have basic filtration systems. PJ's armor comes in 2 basic configurations, one for marksmanship, and one for strength. The marksmanship configuration features a helmet with optical zoom capabilities, and less restricted fingers for easy firearm handling. The strength helmet contrasts with a stronger, more intimidating helmet, and powerfull gauntlets that give their wearer about 1/2 the strength of the average kryptonian, such as Superman. Without the armor, PB is still a above average marksman, and a commendable hand to hand fighter.
Movement Type: PB runs like a man in peak physical condition, and his armor gives him a noticeable boost in speed.
