I know the turn is not mine but I'm going to go ahead and send my attempt to help out. If Galatea wishes to intervene I would not object to her doing so.
As Dia was giving the big bruiser of a brute the what for, she saw that he was heated and turning shiny. The sight made her smirk as she cut off the heat vision after noticing when it was reflecting off him. "Just as I was hoping.. know what happens when something is super heated and then suddenly supercooled and then flung into a vacuum? Well lets find out!" At that moment she took in a swift deep breath and focused her reserves, which under the sun were endless much like Supergirl's, and then exhaled right at the Obsidian man. Even as she did this she moved closer to him as though she was attempting to flash freeze the man's body entirely within less then a couple of seconds. From there if she was able to do so she'd grab ahold of the hopefully frozen body and with a violent angered scream she'd fling him toward outer space and then shout out at Blaze and Whirlwind "HEY YOU! FLAMING FRUITCAKE AND HER BLOWHARD BRAINCHILD LOVER! YOU WANT SOME? I JUST GAVE YOUR ROCK BOY A TRIP TO THE MOON HOW ABOUT YOU COME PLAY WITH SOMEONE THAT CAN FIGHT BACK!"
At that point she used her aura and tried to speak to both Powergirl and Galatea, knowing that she wasn't really as good at it as Kiarna or other Kryptonians. <Hey, I'm going to try to keep them busy. No matter what happens to me, stop the guy in the train. He's still in there.> With that she aimed another blast of icy cold at Blaze in an attempt to further get their attention.

There was a lot going on and Galetea frowned, staring at the new arrival. She seemed to be just as out of control as Supergirl...Another for the list.. She turned, preparing to assault Whirlwind and as she leapt at him was hit in the chest by a blast of.. heat vision? It burned, and was certainly intense as it knocked her backwards and into the ravine below.
“What in the...?” she sat up and looked back up as Cometgirl went off and tried to hurl the onyx man into the sky.
She licked her lips as the fire was raining down on them, and she had no “aura” to speak of, and she also wasn't there to save Powergirl or the other one. She was there to punish these metahumans... Time to stop playing around. She flew underneath the train, using her xray vision to find where the leader was.
“I see, trying to get in...”
The floor in front of the vault began to glow red hot, then explode in a molten fountain as Galatea rose from the hole she just created, eyes searing red as she smirked at the leader. “You know... you really shouldn't have pissed me off.” she said. “metahumans, all the same...” with that she let out a laser like beam from her eyes aimed at his arm, intent on lopping it off.

As strong as Dia was, she could not throw Obsidian into outer space, but she did get quite some distance with his body. The rock like man, was still silent though. He had a plant though, and as he crashed a mile away in the water, he made his way back to land. It would be some time before he could make it back to them though.
Dia blew the arctic winds at Blaze and it made her back away from Power Girl. Kara was still held though, spread eagle by the mini vortexes that held her. "Nnnggggg!" She strained to break the grip that she could not touch. There was nothing to grab and it was so strong it was able to keep her held for now. But Kara was not out of it yet. She looked at Whirlwind and fired heat vision at her. It was enough heat to make her have to get out of the way and break her hold. "Gaaaah!" She cried out as Power Girl was freed.
Doc was so close. "Now I have you." He smiled as the lock *CLICKED* open. "Perfect, now tooooooahhhhhhhhhheeeee!" He cried out as Galatea came from underneath him and heat visioned his arm off of him. "Ahhhhhhhhhhh!" Both Blaze and Whirlwind heard that and both flew back to where Galatea was. Power Girl was on her knees now, and holding her arms, where they felt like they were almost pulled out of socket. "Comet... girl. Go stop Galatea, she will kill him!"
Blaze saw what Galatea did and she aimed a heat blast at her. It was followed up by a wind that was near 500 mph, to pin her to the wall. "That is our man!" Blaze said as she heated up the area so much that Galatea's leotards were likely smoldering if not outright on fire. Since she had no aura, especially. "Now you are going to pay!" But the doctor shook his head, "No girls.... get me out of here."

She smirked as his arm fell to the wayside. Instant cauterization baby. As he screamed she licked her lips and began to float towards him now, slowly, menacingly with a twisted smile on her face. “So you lost an arm, oops, I only meant to wound you. Guess I don’t know my own strength.” She said. “But what do you want to lose next, a foot, another hand? An eye?” she was about to say something else when a blast of fire slammed into her back followed by a wind so powerful, it was stronger than anything on earth.
500 mph wind would not only push her into the car, it’d blow the wall clean out and probably knock over the car in the process, which would send her and the train falling off the tracks. But even burned and scarred she’d not fail… She corrected her course and put her hands up to catch the train car.
“What are they making this out of! It has to be over 40k tons!” She said through gritted teeth. It was a military transport, so it was loaded with all manner of things, tanks, helicopters, experimental weapons, and it was an armored train as well. She gritted her teeth as one after another, train car fell on top of the other, adding to the weight.
“!@#$…I’m slipping!” she said. Her muscles flexed, her eyes narrowed as her wet, blonde hair fell in her face. She.. she couldn’t stop it! At this rate the entire train will fall into the ravine as its simply too heavy unless she gets some help!
Meanwhile people inside the train who hadn’t died looked out the windows at Galatea, pointing and cheering her on. “Look everyone, Powergirl is here! She’s definitely going to save us!” one man said.
“Can Powergirl lift 70k tons? Once the rest of this train falls off the mag lev, she’ll be bearing all the weight herself…”
Windows opened now as people cheered for their lives. “Come on Powergirl! You can do it! Go Powergirl!”
Galatea meanwhile was beyond annoyed and worst still… Her power was NOT at its maximum, not even close, so as more weight piled on, the more she felt herself being weighed down, and the fall below was long, very long…
(500mph winds would knock down anything in its path, including buildings heh, that meta is a omega level threat, you made a really powerful rival for the Women of Steel! hah that should be their superteam, the three of them Women of Steel!)

seeing that the two villain women went after Galatea, and Karen was safe, Dia nodded and smiled as she listened and looked back just in time to see the train being hit by the winds. "Rao!" Leaping into action she heads for the train.
Then hearing the people she huffed and looked up a moment. <Time to really focus and get these people safe.> At that time she looked over to see Galatea and shot over with a blurred speed and gripped the train as well, so as to help stop it. "I'm here, dig in! We can do this skimpy umm outfit." With that she clamped her hands into the steel and gritted her teeth as she planted her feet and braced for sliding back.
After a moment or two of sliding with Galatea, they both were straining heavily but managed to bring the train to a stop. From there Dia turns her attention toward the villains as she spoke. "You! You stupid piles of flesh put those people into far too much danger! you want to beat up on people? fine we're here, face us like worthy villains! Don't just attack the innocent and helpless! They can't fight you back near as well as we can." With that she leaps into the air and booms toward the flame meta in an attempt to ram through anything in her path and spear right against her. With all hopes if she was able to hit the fiery woman she'd get her attention well enough to draw her away from the train and give Powergirl and Galatea a chance to finish off the other two and save the day.

The wind was strong, stronger than a tornado even. The force against the train car was so immense that it dug a trench as it was pushed into the two women. But soon, the wind died down and the car was stopped. Whirlwind needed to find a way to get to the doctor still, so she flew down to the car and grabbed him. At the same time, Blaze fired the heat blast at Galatea. The temperature would be enough to likely burn up the last of her clothes, if it hit her. But it was not hot enough to really hurt her, still it could burn her some.
But, just as she fired the heat blast... Dia flew into her. The fire shield was so hot that Cometgirl would find her clothing was instantly heated to the point that it may combust. At the very least, it was smoldering. Blaze cried out though, as Dia flew into her. The shield was not able to stop the teen powerhouse and Blaze was hit by the speeding girl. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!" She cried out and was sent tumbling. Whirlwind saw the blonde was knocked down and she cried out, "Tawny!" She was so worried about her, she used her name.
Power Girl was back on her feet again, and she flew up to see Dia slam into Blaze. Both girls went tumbling to the ground though. She was sure that Dia was okay, but she was not sure how long she could keep it up. She flew up and grabbed Whirlwind by her wrist. "You are coming with meeaahhheeee ... ooooouuuuufff..." Kara gasped as Whirlwind pulled all the air out of her lungs and then slammed it back into her. It was a devastating move and even her invulnerability did little to keep it from hurting. "Ahhhhhhhheeee!" She fell to the ground. She was getting sick of this power that Whirlwind had, but she could only try and catch a breath of air again. "Nnnngggggg..."
Whirlwind grabbed the Doc and then flew down to where Dia was. "Let her go!" She yelled at Dia, while she was fighting with Blaze. Blaze was in pain though, since Dia was able to get past her shields. She was trying to get away from the teen general, now.

Retreating, that's good.. It means they realize they are outnumbered and obviously outclassed. She thought as her clothing was burned off, leaving rags in their place.
The doctor is the main issue though...He's who is the leader, so taking him out will likely end this... she looked back to the train, the people were safe for now, but how long? If they kept fighting these idiot metas then people would definitely die.
She glanced to those engaged in fighting now and took off towards Whirlwind. Luckily she hasn't put the people in danger again. Rookie crook.
"Give up, or better yet, don't give up, I'd like to have a semi valid reason for ending you." she said and picked up a small rock about the size of a peach then threw it. The rock broke the sound barrier as it hit mach 1, aimed right for her chest.
"That should take the wind out of you."

Grinning as she was pinning down the fire woman and going right into attempting to pummel her when she heard the call from whirlwind. Without a word she squealed out as she went to try and grab up the fiery upstart she was attacking. "Well! you want letting go? how about this? you give up and surrender or this girl gets bounced around the solar system." With that she tries to wrap the fire meta up and hold her in a choke hold as she faced the woman and her doctor boss. Her leotards were totally destroyed, the fire having cooked them into practically nothing, all that was left was her gloved hands and the lower part of her Leotards. AS she looked at the woman her head tilted and she continued. "How about this? even better idea! You give up, or else her head pops like a balloon in a fire place. And don't even think I can't or wont do it.. you'd be wrong for all the trouble you've caused." Grinning she sent her aura out to powergirl to reply. <Don't worry Ie, I won't do anything like that it's just a threat.>
In that moment she looked dead in the eyes of Whirlwind and stared at her as her eyes flashed red a second. Though, as she looked at the woman she noticed that Whirlwind and Doc were blushing from seeing the heroine's breasts, in all their perky small perfection. Which in turn got her to look over half ways to Galatea and reply. "What's these two peoples issue? Did I humiliate them or something?"

Kara was still catching her breath, but when she saw the fire burst hit Dia, she gasped. "Nooo...Dia!" She then noticed that she was fine, save for the fact she was topless now. "Whew." She stood up again and flew over to Galatea. "Help the people in the train. I will take it from here." She was not feeling great, but she had to do something.
Whirlwind saw the rock fly at her, and she took control of the air around it. The rock flew around her and then back again, and slamming into Galatea's abs. The rock shattered, but likely sent Galatea flying and in pain. She smiled. "That is one. Now then." She looked at Dia. "Let my friend go or I will kill all those people." The passenger car lifted in the air, about 100 feet. "Your call, hero. Do you let them all die, or do you let us go?"
Doc was holding his arm still, where it was cauterized at least. "We need to go. This is a bust." he was holding a package though. "We almost have all we need. Let the heroes sort out this mess." Blaze was struggling, but not able to break free of Dia. So she did something unexpected. She grabbed Dia's left breast, from behind her, and caressed it. She hoped that would startle her.

The fact she was able to deflect and redirect a rock moving faster than sound was no small feat, even for a meta who’d only been able to push out 500mph winds. “She must be able to-“ the rock struck her, mostly because she was not paying attention and it shattered on her durable form, but the velocity was still enough to knock the 140lb woman backwards as it caught her off guard completely. She winced and fell to a knee, holding her stomach and growling, mostly out of embarrassment.
“If I was at full power that wouldn’t even make me flinch.” She said. Not thinking how it may alarm the other two.
But once the people were threatened she smirked, standing slowly. “You think I give a damn about them? My job is to take out dangerous metascum like you.. a few people dying is worth it if you fall.”
She said. She was wounded, and not fully charged yet, and killing the people may enrage the other two, a fight she isn’t wanting to have…yet. So she sighed once.
“Alright, alright everyone stand down, let the girl go.” She said to Cometgirl. “Let them go. But I’ll make you’re a promise, metas… there is no place you’ll be able to hide from me, I’ll find you, and unlike these two, I’ll kill you all..”
