Doctor Gore

Preferred User Nickname: Whatever really, "Doc" is a simple one.

Mature Role-player: Yeah

Image

Villain Name: Doctor Gore

Age: 32

Gender: Male

Physical Description:
Doctor Gore is a caucasian male around 6' tall. He appears to have developed muscles due to his body armour suit beneath his white trench coat, but he's actually thin and not particularly athletic in shape. His chest and abdomen are covered in medical scars from self surgery (not that anybody will ever see them). He has dark brown-red hair which spikes up at the front, he always wears a pair of black goggles with red, ominous glowing lenses. Doctor Gore has heavily tech based equipment on him, he has a pair of black and red hand blasters and heavily technical black boots.
Doctor Gore has a few unusual features concerning his body- he is technically a cyborg as some of his arteries
have been replaced with wiring which plug into his extra internal and external organs (see Inner Technology).
Some of the wires come above his flesh near his neck and along his spine. These wires can be seen by the everyday observer.

Weapon of Choice: Artifial Intelligence (be it robots or auto targetting guns.)

Powers:
Technology enhanced body gives him great strength and some resistence to pain, but he has to activate this strength by pressing a button on his chest which starts up his extra glands (this button can power up his strenght, but cannot be used to shut it off again). He also builds robots which he takes into battle with him and
has created a slew of his own weaponary- mostly gadgets to help him in fights. His hand blasters are a powerful example
of technology he has created for himself.

Technology Used so far

Bots
Battle Bot type A (sturdy, machine guns, weak in the back)
Battle Bot type B (not as sturdy as A, machine guns, emit sonic sounds on command but cannot shoot and emit sound simultaniously)
"Sappy" (Companion bot, currently does not pose much of a threat. Has a very weak guns, Can fly, controlled by remote.)

Devices and Weapons
Wrist computer, used to summon bots. Takes a few posts for the bots to arrive, and usually hide until the Doc summons them to the battle.
Nano-Bot hand blasters, Fire bulks of nano-bots at target. These are destructive nano-bots which eat away at armour and flesh. They are similar in effect to acidic bullets.
Flash-bang bomb, a spherical device which opens with a flash of blinding light, used when the Doc needs to escape quickly. It won't work on foes that are resistant to blinding or bright light.

Inner Technology
Notable "glands" Doctor Gore has installed include:
Strength Enhancement gland- Electrically charges cybernetically enhanced muscles in the Doc's body giving him great strength and decent resistance to pain in battle. Upon first arriving in the RP, Doc will always have it switched on but can be shorted during a battle (see Weaknesses)
Emergancy Electrical Organ- This organ is what allows the Doc to absorb excess electricity. Useful in battle against electrical heroes or the unlikely event that an electrical component will malfunction

Currently, these are the only enhancements the Doc has installed.

Strengths
the Doc is highly resistant to electricity, most electrical attacks will be absorbed without affecting the Doc at all. He understands technology well, and would be an even match against technological foes.
The Doc has put himself through torturous self-surgery in the past and is quite insane- it is hard to interrogate him through pain.

Weaknesses
the Doc is very weak against any Supernatural attacks, practically helpless in fact (psychic attacks are slightly different, he can fight them but will often succumb to psychic attacks.). He also cannot stand being shot at, he's quite weak against guns (and he will try to dodge them) although he wears protective armour around his torso, his arms legs and head can be shot at.
An Electro-Magnetic Pulse can short out the Doctor's technology (including organs/glands) and will cause him to spazm and collapse. It will take a few posts for him to "reboot" himself and be able to fight again, but in this state he will wake up with his technological organs OFF.
The Doc has visible wires coming out of his neck which go back into his body, a very strong foe can pull this out of him forcing his internal technology to shut off making him quite useless (excluding his robots and other devices). It is quite difficult to pull these wires out and getting close enough to the Doc may also be a challenge.

Movement Type: Flight

History:
The illegitimate "Doctor" Gore was raised with a foster family (the O'Neil family) in the Isle of Wight until he was 10, his foster father taught him the basics of technology before Gore murdered his foster father's son experimenting the usage of technology on the human body. Gore was sent to an asylum and was treated as a potentially dangerous patient. Gore escaped at the age of 15 with a group of other patients and fled to Hampshire. This is when Gore began taking up the alias "Simon Geure" and began selling his inventions in the UK. Gore's self taught knowledge in the sciences of robotics and biology expanded through the years, and the more knowledge he gained the more he hungered for chaos. His psychotic mentality had him start branching out into crime- petty crime at first using technology he had made to shoplift and rob, but he climbed the ladder of infamy until he was a feared villain calling himself "Doctor Gore".
Some speculate that Gore wishes to build a country of his own- even on the ruins of another if that's what it takes. Although this is what Doctor Gore would like, he's not insane enough to try to accomplish this goal by himself. He began searching the earth for similar rouges to ally himself with. He might strike them down when he has finished with them. He is not trustworthy, but his demented state of mind may lead others to believe that he can be easily used. Despite this, he can find friends in kindred spirits. Other technology-friendly Villains can become close allies of the Doc with little risk of being eliminated or "ditched" down the line.

Doctor Gore is clinically insane, but rather communicative among other villains and even some heroes. He displays his madness
through his desire and ability to create lethal technology for himself which he uses to cause mayhem.
Doctor Gore has invented many technologic and biotechnologic devices in his time as a self proclaimed scientist, most of which he uses to enhance himself and his secret army of Artificially Intelligant machines. Among these bizzare inventions are a set of extra organs not native to the human body,
mostly gland emulating devices which give Gore super strength, great adreniline/resistance to pain. The secrets of these inventions are kept in Gore's mind- he hardly ever writes any of his blueprints or ideas down in fear that someone might steal and sell them.
These mechanical organs are attatched to his other internal functions with wires, some of these wires come above his flesh due to the lack of room in his torso to feed the wires.
his gloves are a pair of hand blasters which emit streams of nano-bots which he uses to cause damage. His boots are actually what allow him to fly, they generate energy which allows him to propel himself through the air
at high speeds.

In small groups of villains, Doctor Gore is fairly laid back and can have a normal conversation with other villains. Among heroes, Doctor Gore has a tendency to simply mock and laugh, but if provoked he may share some of his history or information about his machinery since his is rather proud of it.

Gore has a habit of giving his robots and machines silly names, notably "Sappy" the mobile supressor turret.

Just now went through your bio.

I am sure that Ritz would love to recruit him. So many gadgets he wants made to help me take over Gotham and Metropolis!
