Lucille's Sisters: Since the original theft of the Waynetech A4-E Smart Rifle, or "Lucille" as Snipes' calls the rifle, Waynetech has been hard at work attempting to rebuild their creation and provide it to the GCPD's Special Crimes Unit. However with his information-sources, and a tip from Lucille who felt her sisters come online one at a time, Snipes became aware of this and attempted to steal the rifles. On his second attempt, with the help of Magnus Crowmoor he succeeded while also destroying the research files on the project. Now he has wiped the factory defaults from these three new smart-rifles and uploaded Lucille's mainframe to them, effectively creating linked copies of her. Quantico Seven: A virus program used by Snipes to hack into and purge the factory defaults of Lucille's sisters, Lucille herself was shown to be storing it. Where precisely he acquired this program has yet to be revealed. Private Base/Hideout: While it is known that Snipes has his own private base/hideout somewhere in Gotham City that he uses when not at the Hoods HQ, it's exact whereabouts and what defenses and covers have been arranged for it have not yet been revealed. It is rumored that he sometimes take jobs personally from the different heads of the Rogues organization. On one occasion the Joker hired Snipes to remove a plainclothes policeman from Metropolis who was staying in a Gotham hotel, a favor from the Rogues to Luthor, Snipes burned the place down killing five people, six if you count the original target, seven if you count the child one of the women was pregnant with. Mister Freeze: Know employee of the villain Mister Freeze, it is publically unknown how frequently Snipes-A-Million will personally work with Freeze or if this is simply an extension of his work with the Joker. It was under the employ of Mister Freeze that Snipes first met the hero Hyperlad and the errand boy Swift Run. The Hoods: Reputedly seen in the company of various members of the leadership of the Hoods criminal organization. The depth of this connection is currently unknown to the public. However it is with the Hoods that Snipes-A-Million has done the vast majority of his recent work, occupying his time helping the likes of Regan Bellona, Jane the Undead, Magnus Crowmoor, Zero, Grim Phalanx, and Dark Lytning. He knows these connections that he has built will only serve to help him for whatever the future has in store. Hyperlad: Has come head to head with the new superhero and member of the Justice Tribunal, Hyperlad. So far their conflict has been inconclusive. Drool: Known henchman of the Joker who has been occasionally seen to work alongside Snipes-A-Million. At times Drool has been known to take outside jobs from the Rogues, a secret Snipes helps keep in exchange for information on the current goings on within the Rogue's organization. Killer Croc: Seen in the company of Snipes-A-Million on at least two separate occasions. Almost counter-intuitively the pair have been known to share each-others safehouses, with Snipes usually leaving Croc's place cleaner than when he arrived. Muto, Fel, Aquila, and Ignia: Super-powered members of the Capri Corporation, the cover for the shadowy Rubicon-17, Snipes once stopped short of killing these four at the behest of Regan Bellona. Below are his most common tools and weapons. ---WayneTech Mark A4-E Smart Rifle: An experimental rifle developed by WayneTech for the Gotham Special Crimes Unit. It is noted for its extreme reliability under even the harshest conditions and its multifunctionality, capable of working as both a close-range sub-machine gun or a long-range sniper rifle. This is accomplished via its experimental integration of adaptive-mechanical features, stolen from Brainiac, allowing the gun to accept multiple modes of firing and ammunition sizes. It can also house multiple attachments including a variety of scopes, a grenade launcher, and flamethrower. Snipes-A-Million affectionately refers to it as Lucille. ---Star Labs Z109 Armor-System: An armor system that uses cutting edge metallurgy and nano-fiber technology to greatly enhance the durability of its wearer without limiting motion and dexterity in any fashion. In addition, the helmet has an air filter system, and flare/sound resistance that can be preset to the wearer's specifications as well as night-vision capability. There is also belt and holster room to carry ammunition as needed. An optional air-supply attachment can also be carried that hooks up to the filter system, providing fifteen-minutes worth of breathable oxygen when activated. There is also an optional attachment that allows radio communication within the helmet, it is however, very uncomfortable. ---Star Labs 7109-T Armor-Upgrade: One of several different upgrades built to integrate with the original Z109 Armor System, the T-Upgrade when fully integrated with an armor system allows unprecedented levels of mobility, even across difficult terrain. The first utility, is a series of pressure-pads inserted into the surface of the gloves and boots of the armor which when activated drastically increase the friction and cohesion to most surfaces of the user. This allows the user to climb at nearly any angle and cling to the surfaces of buildings, cliffs, and more. In addition a series of nano-fiber grappling lines, combined with the same pressure pad technology were installed in discreet wrist-launchers, allowing the user to speedily ascend or traverse gaps and ravines, or even city sky scrapers. The final modification was the installation of a series of small jump-jets in the back of the armor, allowing a quick and rapid boost to a great altitude or in a straight line. The project while largely successful, was considered too delicate for the average human-reaction time to respond to and so it was shelved until Snipes-A-Million uncovered it again. ---LexCorp Paramilitary Field-Pack: While Snipes-A-Million had considered using his old Scout-Sniper pack, he felt it was too recognizable, so instead he purchased this piece of equipment via the blackmarket. Ergonomic and comfortable, it is incredibly durable, being bullet, knife, and flame proof. The fact that it came in a dark, navy blue was only a plus. ---USMC KA-BAR Knife: One of the few hold-out pieces of equipment from his Marine days, this utility knife, while generally concealed, is never far from Snipes-A-Million's reach. ---Star Labs Advanced Prosthetic Limb: Mark XXII: An advanced prosthetic, it is designed for the right leg from the knee down. Using new bio-electric engineering it is able to tap directly into the nervous system and act as naturally as any normal foot. With advanced force-exertion capabilities and durability it is easily able to keep up with Snipes-A-Million's exobyte enhanced left-leg. It is however, somewhat suspect to electromagnetic pulses, and occasional wear and tear on longer missions. It does house one small hidden compartment in its calf as well. Weapon of Choice: Rifle Powers: Traps Movement: Acrobatics History: James Multro, born and raised in the unincorporated community of Meerkow, Indiana was a sickly child, obsessive, slender, and never playing with his siblings. The one person he seemed to connect well with was his grandfather who taught him how to shoot a rifle hunting turkeys, and the basics of survival. It was so perfect, just exhale, slowly squeeze the trigger and in a flash of thunder and lightning he would snuff a life out of the world, painting the backdrop in crimson and brown. An outcast growing up he barely made it through highschool, sticking with it only at the urging of his grandfather who also recommended the military for young James. So eager was he to get away that James once spent a week in bed, hoping to grow taller and meet the physical requirements for the Marines. After graduation he went straight to the recruiter's office and signed up with the Marines, packed his bags, and left the next day. The years and decades passed quickly enough, the training was difficult for him at first, but his obsessiveness drove him to overcome it all and in time he took to it like a fish in water. And the once sickly child became fit young man, and then a seasoned veteran. A well trained member of the Scout-Snipers he eventually went into teaching incoming Marines at Quantico. But while he had been cited for commendation in the field he was soon being written up for his grueling attitude and reckless endangerment of students. Considered too extreme even by the Scout-Sniper standards,and rarely interacting socially he was loathed by the students and his co-workers. It is because of this that it is unknown if the eventual discharge of a grenade during field training that took his right leg was truly an accident as claimed by those in attendance. Forced into early-retirement and to walk with a cane he was unable to get a job in any police-department or private security company. Repeatedly told that he was too old regardless and that he should enjoy retirement he grew bitter and resentful. Unable to vent his need for the hunt, for the job, he went into business for himself, but was soon outpaced by the younger criminals. When the exobytes were released he was given a second lease on life. He was strong again, stronger than ever before. Stronger than anyone he even knew. The next step he took was to steal what equipment he needed from experimental labs, the military, hospitals, and the police. He then went straght into the assassination/mercenary business. You will never see him removing his mask now, as far as the world is concerned James Multro died in the Exobyte Event and the subsequent Braniac attacks, the only person in his family who knows he is still alive is his niece Cheryl, another person who was close to Snipes' grandfather and one of the few people he feels understands why he does what he does. He sticks to the shadows, covering his actions as those of an insane maniac, not a killer-for-hire, and no one looks at the money trail because of it. After all, who would want to believe that, that hotel arson that killed five people was to cover the murder of just one of them? Or that someone offered to pay extra for pouring acid on anyone that protected a target? In particular the Joker in Gotham has used his talents, further obscuring the enterprise that Snipes has going on behind the scenes. At first he was spoken of only in rumor, the original police case files referred to him as the Indigo Skull because of the mark on his armor reported in the few descriptions survivors could give, and eventually he left a calling card. A single blood-written message, “Snipes-A-Million was here.” The attention he has been getting in the press has been growing, and it is only a matter of time before one of the major heroes makes a run at him.
