Thunder Girl. Being a team player

Gotham City was chilly, the night sky brisk with wintery flurries, sirens from the GCPD were blaring through the streets as our devious yet somewhat lost and misunderstood heroine to be, Thunder Girl was walking through the Shopping district all bundled up in a coat. "Wow this city is freezing. Who would have thought Batman and his ilk were living in such a cold place." she said as she came to a halt in front of a clothing store. Just as she did a thug shoved his way past her and attempted to snatch the purse that rested on her shoulder. Without even flinching Thunder Girl felt the yank and tightened her grip on it causing the man to slingshot around and fall flat on his face. "Ow! hey you witch! let go or I'll slice you up!"The thug blurted out as Thunder Girl turned and looked at the man. "Pardon? Oh that's cute you're wanting to do something bad. I get it.. Well I guess you picked the wrong pretty face huh?" As she looked down at him, her unmasked face lost any of it's former happiness to it and the Thug froze. "Shi.. Power Girl?!? Shouldn't you be.. Wait! no! Alright keep it!" The man said as he seemed to mistake her as Power Girl just as many other have before. Thunder Girl didn't even think a moment of it and before the Thug could dart off she sped around him and cut off his escape. "Bad move big guy... Goodnight." Was all she said as she slammed her fist right in his face and knocked him out. After which she looked at a passing couple and said. "Hey watch him till the Police get here. he tries anything just shout and I'll make sure he never lifts another finger against innocent people." That said she didn't even bother with the man again nor did she think about who or what she was giving the man over to before she jumped up and took to the sky once more. "Alright, well clearly someone a little more, Kryptonian is needed around here.. Might as well be me.. Hope Karen doesn't get mad that I wasn't in uniform. Oh well.." Sharr thought out loud as she soared up over the city. As she flew her eyes stared around focusing and turning from the piercing green they were normally to a sharp blue as she began to use her X-ray Vision to search for trouble. "I better call in and let Karen know I'm ok. She probably won't say it but I would be worried about me if I was her. Besides she's got enough on her plate right now." That said she took the ear bud and started to speak into it. "PG this is TG... I'm over Gotham right now. On Patrol after an Street Punk tried to steal from me.. I'm alright just figured I'd lend a hand out here for now. I'll be headed home after a quick Patrol, I'll even make a sweep in search for Super Girl while I'm here. Never know maybe she mistakenly ported herself out here somehow. Thunder Girl, out." That done she stayed quiet to focus and see what was going on around below her.[/col]

Off in an alley where Fatal Silence could watch he began his mission on locating and identifying new threats to his employer. Taking notice to this robbery gone wrong he took note of this Power Girl look-a-like. After a quick analyzation of the powers she showed he knew he had to out-smart her if he had to cross her. He decided to lay low and put rags on to look like a common beggar. Being very careful about not being spotted he did a quick text to Bravo about the situation. Seeing he would need more information on the target he kept watch and waited for further orders.

Re: Thunder Girl. Being a team player

It had been a long time since the days Thunder Girl was fresh or green to her role in the world. She has learned a lot about Earth's people, her own people, her past, her present, and thus her plans for the future. Time has gone by and as always she's stood tall and proud of her place beside those she considers family and friend to thwart the plans of Villainous plots. Yet the whole while oblivious to the thought that she is being watched. Normally the feeling deep in the back of her mind about her own nemesis, Lexandra, keeps other threats lurking in the darkness at bay. But as of now her mind seems to be more on her duties in the protection of her charges, the good people of Earth. Flying through the sky's of Metropolis, she was even seen much like her counterpart, Power Girl, as a trusted hero. People on the streets cheer when they see her, little boys and girls actually approach to get pictures or autographs from Metropolis' newest notable heroine. Media still goes back and forth about who this alien bombshell is and whether the human race should accept or "run her out of town" and yet, she's still there doing her part to uphold the peace in the city to the best of her noble ability. So what could happen from all this? What possible action could be done to drag the gorgeous large chested, brash, and city wide loved Super Heroine from being what she's been humbly guided to be? Only time and Villain infamy can tell...

((sorry about taking awhile to reply to the post made by Steven, concerning his Villains actions. If you want all hero's/villains/antihero's/neutral power wielders are welcome to join in within the game or even post a post here in the forum to let me know what you might have planned and we'll go from there! ^.^))
